Shipping and return

We deliver everywhere in North America and Europe. For an additional payment we deliver the day after ordering at some locations. We also deliver in Africa, Asia and the Middle East.

A standard shipment takes about five to seven business days. The shipping times may take longer in December and June. Expedited shipping is available for orders over $ 100 at a surcharge.

We follow all orders from the moment they leave our store. If your item does not arrive on time, please let us know and we will find your item for you. If your order can not be delivered to you within 24 hours, we will reimburse the shipping costs.

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and must not be washed or worn. Inform us immediately when an item is delivered damaged. You will then receive the full purchase amount of the item.

Returns are free when you use our prepaid return labels. Re-pack the article, attach the label to the original packaging and send it back to us.

Items that have been gifted must be provided with the gift receipt to be eligible for a refund. The return will be treated as any other return and you will receive a gift voucher worth the current sales price of the item. Note: gifts can be returned within 28 days of the purchase date.
